Welcome to Dad Grid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dadgrid.com website (the "Site") and all related services, programs, coaching, community features, and educational resources (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dad Grid ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account through our authentication provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Dad Grid provides the following Services:

• Educational Resources: The Battle Plan, Wisdom of the Elder's Vault, guides, workbooks, and other downloadable materials
• Coaching Programs: One-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, and mastermind programs
• Community Features: Online forums, discussion boards, and peer support groups
• Assessments: The Fatherhood Archetype Quiz and related self-assessment tools
• Content: Blog articles, podcast episodes, and other educational content

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

Prices for our programs and memberships are displayed on the Site and are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes before they take effect.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Battle Plan course. If you are not satisfied with the program within 30 days of purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.

For coaching programs and memberships, cancellation policies are outlined at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

Rise Up Resources (Lifetime Access)

The Rise Up Resources program is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the included materials and community features. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Dad Grid platform. In the event that Dad Grid ceases operations, we will provide reasonable notice and make efforts to ensure continued access to purchased materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the Dad Grid brand — is the property of Dad Grid or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute purchased programs or resources

6. User Content and Community Guidelines

By posting content in our community forums, you grant Dad Grid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, advertising, or solicitations
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Shares personal information of others without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Dad Grid provides coaching, educational resources, and peer support. We are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical treatment.

Our Services are designed to support personal growth and intentional fatherhood. They should not be relied upon as a replacement for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, or any situation requiring immediate professional intervention, please contact the appropriate emergency services or a licensed professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dad Grid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dad Grid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dad Grid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Site or Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you post or submit through the Services

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Arizona.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dad Grid regarding the use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
